This is an established fact that ‘Nahi Gyanen Sadrasam Pavitram Ih Vidyate’ is the only virtue of intellectual and high educational achievements being appreciated and welcomed since the human culture and civilization had originated. But the people of district Bharatpur mostly belonging to OBC and back-ward classes are deprived of the utility and the importance of intellectual property, educational development along with the social reforms also. There is no doubt that the residents of the said district known as the eastern gate of Rajasthan, are reluctant towards educational development and its fruits with the view that the only cause of total growth of human at large, is the highest progress in the total branches of current education. So to achieve the goal of total educational progress of this district with firm determination, a society named as National Integration & Social Consciousness Society (NISCoS), was constituted and registered on 22nd June 1995. The Society decided to start the multifarious, result oriented standard education for girls and boys. To ascertain the utility of educational, technical, professional, intellectual, and training in the service of district, province and society at large so that the concrete results may be realized.
Today, we deplore the absence of competent and trained mass power in every walk of life, and this is probably, one of the worst aggravations against healthy growth, Undoubtedly, we are legging behind in the field of economy but we are more miserable and poorer in trained mind. A.N. Vaharhead opines, "More than the probable, rule of the modern world is that the species that do not recognize the value of trained mind, are to perish inevitably and irreparably. In addition to it, social engineers and political scientists admit that no particular species, religion, socio-economic community or geographical terrain has inherent right or restraint over the talent or absurdity.
In fact, providing favourable environment, good teaching, good opportunity, social facilitation and ordeal, any competence can be cultivated in any person irrespective of age. Having been inspired by this all and the goals determined accordingly, these educational and training institutions have been inaugurated.
We can not deny that man power plays a major role in the growth of developing countries such as India. In defence and development of any nation, its citizens possess significant partnership. It is the primary factor for the development of the nation. Futility or stagnation whether it is physical or human, is a curse for a developing country; it is an impediment in the integrated development.
To fulfill this pious mission, the members of the society and development board are always ready to sacrifice their entire personality and resources with perfect dedication.
